Hi, dippi!

I assume your are talking about the MULTIflight simulator and I guess you bought the basic version. The more elaborate version is the MULTIflight plus and is delivered with a code that is necessary to activate further features. So if you want the plus version you must buy this code - normally that means to buy the plus CD - it is also available without the MULTIflight-stick. The basic-version without the stick normally is for free, either as a CD or as a download from the MULTIPLEX-homepage.

Yes,
you are right, i need the plus version activation code.
I have the normal version and usb stick, tried to activate the plus version from within the game, but it only informs that i need to contact multiplex on a certain email id.
I did contact them last week some time after i made this post, havent heard from them so far.
I dont understand why it has to be so clomplex to just upgrade from a normal version to a plus version.

The upgrade is not complex or what ever - it is pure marketing. The stick with the basic version costs about 40,10 €, stick and plus version 72 € and plus version without the stick (the upgrade) 43,20 €. For some users the full version might be to expensive - or at least MULTIPLEX officials might think so. For me it was clear right form the moment I got interested to buy the full version.

So it is with many products in the RC-business: producers offer limited versions and full versions, customers buy the limited version because they say they don't need all the features. Later they see the full version would have been the better choice. Is it the same with you and the MULTIflight?
