Failure to reset cockpit sx9 does not let me advance

Following a vertical line that appeared on the screen of my cockpit xs9 transmitter, after putting it to charge and also later today I put it to charge the battery and 2 more lines have appeared. I have decided to reset the transmitter for this reason and when starting it again it goes to the screen calibration configuration and the calibration logo of the controls. In this configuration of the calibration of the controls it shows the error ES261. So I can no longer advance in the configuration and the transmitter. So at this moment the transmitter is blocked and useless and there is no way to get out of here. The lines on the screen have not disappeared. In addition, this calibration error of the controls had already appeared since I bought the transmitter, it appeared when trying to calibrate the controls without resetting the transmitter, I did not give it importance because the transmitter worked well, but now I think that I should have used the product warranty. Does anyone know how to solve this problem?

When I charge the transmitter or turn it on, vertical lines appear that won't go away. There are now seven lines, and they're getting closer together. Soon the screen will be unusable. I don't think it's fair that I trusted Multiplex as a good company, bought many receivers from them, and now this is happening to my transmitter. The transmitter is out of warranty and is almost five years old. I would like a solution from Multiplex, since the transmitter expired right after the first two lines appeared. The transmitter is very well cared for and physically intact, which proves that the lines aren't the cause. I would like Multiplex to investigate and repair the problem at no cost to me.
