Dear Sir,
I live in the United States and recently purchased a used Thunderbird 54 controller on the U.S. market. I attempted to update the firmware but ran into an unexpected issue. Apparently the unit I have is a Multiplex 27/37/54 (F330) and was marketed by Multiplex under a separate license agreement. Castle Creations informed me that because to this they cannot release the latest U.S. version of the Thunderbird 54 firmware. However, they did indicate that with your authorization, Castle would make the latest U.S. Thunderbird 54 firmware available to me.
So with that in mind, I am requesting your authorization to allow Castle Creation to provide me the latest firmware.
Please advise your decision to move ahead with my request at your earliest.
