Binding Multiflight stick and Smart SX

I cannot bind Multiflight Stick and Smart SX. I start binding operation on radio and stick and both lights are flashing fast, but when I get them close to each other, light at the Multiflight Stick stops flashing and nothing happens (light on Smart SX still flashes fast). When i separate them (like 1m from each other) then both lights star to flash fast.

I try to help you. Follow the steps:

1. presettings: MULTIflight-stick is plugged into the computer, transmitter switched off.
2. start MULTIflight-program
3. open option "Fernsteuerung" (RC/transmitter)
4. tick "MULTIPLEX Standard verwenden" (apply MULTIPEX standard)
5. open "Gamecontroler auswählen" (choose gamecontroler)
6. confirm "MULTIflight Stick"
7. open RC again and then choose "MULTI-flight Simulator Stick"
8. start SMART binding procedure: press black button und then switch on the transmitter (light flashes fast)
9. start binding procedur an the screen (light flashes fast)
   after some seconds: lights on stick and transmitter flash slowly
10. behappy and spend nights on playing simulated flights with your favorite modell

Thank you profimc. It worked for me.

But I have an additional problem. I can't use throttle. The calibration fails for Channel 4 & 5: Channel not centered.

When in simulation mode, Channel 5 will trigger flaps. Channel 4 (throttle) does nothing. The radio picture on MultiFlight always shows -100% for Channel 4.

What can I do?

Is my (new) Smart SX receiver faulty?

Hot here as well but thank you for caring! Got it resolved - you can (and have to) click-press the throttle stick to enable it. It only starts to work after that. Unusual default!

Everything works now. Hope this helps someone else.
