At the moment it's only possible to explore Wingstabi functions with the wingstabi hooked up. I would be good if you could access the Wingstabi Launcher settings in an offline mode without the Wingstabi attached to your PC. Is this possible?
No, this is not possible. The launcher shows the settings fitting the attached device. In case of wingstabi you get another ui for firmware 1.1 and firmware 1.2.8 (an all following versions)
