Wingstabi EASY Control

Hallo
Ich habe alle Einstellungen am Launcher (Bluetooth Verbindung zwischen Rechner und Wingstabi) vorgenommen, da ich keinen Einlernstecker habe.
Allerdings habe ich nur den Einlernvorgang durchgeführt und Heading Hold für Querruder und Höhe deaktiviert. Alles andere ist Standard.

Kann man den mit der Easy Control Software das WingStabi weiterhin mit separater Trimmung betreiben?
Ich meine damit die allzeitige Übertragung der Trimmwerte über separate Kanäle (Profi TX).

Hallo Roland,
Trimmkanäle gibt es bei der EASY Control nicht - das ist nicht mit dem Konzept vereinbar. Solange man nur den Dämpfungsmode benutzt kann man aber beliebig trimmen. Nur wenn man dann auf Headinghold schaltet muss dann zumidest vorher eine Trimmübernahme erfolgen (per schnellem Mode-Umschalten)

Ich möchte gerne nochmal auf meine Frage weiter oben zurück kommen.Kann/Darf ich den Wingstabi an der BD-Buchse zusätzlich zur Empfängerstromversorgung mit Strom versorgen? Reicht die kleine Zuleitung vom Empfänger zum Stabi als Stromversorgung für 2x Quer,2xHöhe,2xSeite? Es handelt sich ausschließlich um analog Servos von Hitec

Hallo!

Ja, da kommen mir auch Zweifel, ob in einem Grenzfall ein Patchkabel genug Strom bei 6 hochbeanspruchten Servos ab kann. Hier würde ich zur Sicherheit noch ein zweites Patschkabel von der zweiten B/D-Buchse des Empfänges auf eine frei Buchse des WINGSTABIS legen - doppelt hält besser.
Halt bevor hier Klagen kommen: der Vorschlag gilt für die WINGSTABIS 7 und 9, die 12er und 16er sollen ohnehin über die grünen Buchsen versorgt werden.

A couple of observations so far

1) When using the set up on launcher the steps are all in German language (the main menu is in English), is this correct? or should the set up steps also be available in English.
2) Would be good if flight phases, gyro off, heading hold and dampening were added to the flight phase announcements, so these could be used for gyro announcements.
3) I have matched flight phases with gyro modes on a slider (ProfiTx), with phase trim on so I can trim in off and dampening and have no trim input in heading hold, is this correct?

I'll report back when I test the model, hopefully sometime this week.

die Stromdiskussion gehört hier wirklich nicht her, bitte mach da einen eigenen Thread auf. Ums kurz zu schreiben: ja man darf am Wingstabi (nicht pro) an jedem Anschluss Strom einkoppeln. Ich kenn ja Dein genaues Setup nicht, aber warum schleisst Du nicht den Strom direkt am Wingstabi an und versorgst den RX nur über ein Patchkabel? Oder willst Du am RX und Wingstabi Servos hängen?

Flight tested my Wingstabi today, it just works, good job MPX

One thing I mentioned was that I had "phase trim" active on my Profi and on the 2nd flight when I switched to heading hold mode (with no trim set), I needed to adjust the trims to match the normal, dampening phases. I assume that when you trim in off or dampening the Wingstabi transfers those to the heading hold phase, so it is better to switch phase trim off.

Yes, but I had set up my "Profi" so I had separate trim settings for each gyro mode, when I took off for a second time after trimming in Gyro off/dampening and switched to heading hold, the model veered off and I had to trim that mode too! From this I summize that the trims from off/dampening are transferred to heading hold. If the trims are then moved from these positions in heading-hold mode it will be like adding a control input.

the WS easy learns the trim settings at each powering on.
You can use phase trim, but then you must always power on the ws in the heading hold mode wirh no trim settings.

Hi Frank,

there is no way to detect if you are using trim or just a stearing input - the neutral impulses are learned at poweron or if your switching phases very fast several times. This should not be done while flying.

so after a trimming flight in gyro off or dampening when you restart the Wingstabi should you recenter the transmitter trims, as the Wingstabi has then learnt these positions?

No, wingstabi lears the neutral positions on startup - so you dont neutralize the trim settings after trimflight

Thanks, using flight phases, for the different gyro modes, with phase trim ON was causing different trim settings in each gyro mode. I have switched phase trim off, so the trimming in Gyro-off/dampening modes is now common to all gyro modes.

Ja,es hängen am RX Ezfw,LK(4x)Fahrwerkstüren 3x,am Stabi 2xQuer,2xHöhe,2xSeite (Slw+Bugrad)
Was ich einfach wissen möchte ist:
1)Reicht ein Patchkabel für die komplette Stromversorgung des Stabi?
2)Kann/darf ich den Rx + das Stabi (an der BD Buchse) jeweils mit Strom versorgen?
Ich frage deshalb,weil die Anleitung nichts darüber aussagt.

ja an B/D Buchsen darf man Strom einspeisen. Ob eine Patchverbindung reicht kann man so nicht sagen, ich würde einfach mal 2 nehmen
