This was a known issue with the early edition and multiplex did replace them all free of charge you must get on to the service they will deal with it for you

A KNOW ISSUE FOR WHO????

I'm subscribed to the newsletter with the VIP card for both Premium Edition that I have.... and nobody has wrote to me that there was an issue with the stick.

Stick are held by a piece of plastic with section 1,1x1,6mm
Stick support has all 4 holders broken .

Multiplex Service has improved parts or they change to me with the same parts?

Transmitter has only 4 years.
In 4 years (2022) what I do ... I send back to the service to rechange sticks??

Hello!

Indeed, it is disappointing to here that with a brandnew transmitter there is such a problem!

When I got confronted with the problem the first time I didn't own a ProfiTX myself. It was rather a club fellow who had this particular problem. I was the one to repair it when we got the replacements from MULTIPLEX (fast and free of charge). Later another fellow suffered the same problem but he did not get only the little plastic pieces that got broken - he got a complete stickset.
About two years ago I bought my own ProfiTX but so far the problem has not occured and it has not occured wiht my fellows again. MULITPLEX affirmed me that they already had redesigned the crucial item.
