Missing Model ! No Model Loaded

Please help my SX9 keeps forgetting models , the model shows on the memory menu but when i click OK i get 'NO MODEL LOADED. Please select a model or create a new model ' And in the top left corner were the name of the model should be it says ' Missing Model'

It has done this now with several models and nothing i try will make them load , Ive had to just start from scratch and reprogram,

Dear Sir,

please do an update to the firmware v1.20, this should solve the problem.

At the old version 1.10 it could happen by pressing the Power-On switch to long whilst start up (something about 3-5s), that the transmitter shuts down and is clearing the modelmemory. So just switch the transmitter on by pressing the powerbutten once short.

Please note even after the update, a already cleared memory could not be restored.
