The most likely problem is what is indecated by the sreen: The backupbattery (3 V lithium) got to the end of its life. So it must be replaced. This is genuine work for the MPX-Service. They have to take apart almost the complete transmitter to get out the mainboard to repalce the battery. That might lead to costs of over 50 €. Better you call the service first.
There are inctructions on the internet how to replace the Battery, alas you should be abel to do solderings and a lot of mecanical work on the transmitter. But the main problem is: How to get back the firmware - the data is lost anyway.
The MPX-forum is not the extended arm of the MPX-Service!
