hi guys Well for anyone else, I have been able to get the gear in.
Tilt the gear to the side and just move it side to side. This takes a bit of force, but be gentle at the same time.
I was concerned about damaging the horn on the servo and the servo arm. Just keep persevering and gentle forceful jiggling. That's the best way I can describe it.
Turn the fuse over and make sure the alignment to the slotted bits that you glued in, start to align right Once the gear is in far enough, then start to twist it into place.
The part that is glued the square fiberglass that the gear will screw in to. I glued that is once I had the gear in place to make sure the position was going to be right.
I left the door off while inserting the gear into the fuselage, placed the gear door on once I had screwed the gear into place.
Hope this helps anyone else
