As Profimc says, you would probably configure your Tx channels as follows
1x motor
1x ailerons
1x elevator
1x rudder/nose wheel steering
1x flaps
1x tow coupling
1x gyro mode
1x gyro gain (if required)
You could if you wished use 2 channels for gyro gain so you could say adjust aileron and elevator gain separately.
All mixes, e.g. aileron differential, flap/elevator compensation would have to be programmed in the Wingstabi.
Note I have used my Wingstabi with my electric towplane (1.8KW) and the stablisation assists on the tow.
