Cockpit sx12 (A & D tension screws) and some rattling sound inside the radio!

I just got a Multiplex cockpit sx12 yesterday.
My issue is when i move the radio, i hear a strange ratteling sound inside as if a screw is loose and moving inside.
I turned the radio on its back to check all the screw holes, but found that the holes (A and D tension screw slots) as marked in the manual are empty (refer pic), i assume they are to tighten the tension on the gimbals.
Are there, supposed to be any screws in those slots.

make sure, that the screws in the right holes.
Please remove the Backside of the console and take a look inside the console.

I wouldnt do anything with the transmitter but returning it to your dealer. It is obviously defect. If you open the housing and see that something is broken inside, you may find your self in some discussion.

Doubts cleared.
I think i found out some info about the rattling sound - it is the gyro mechanism moving inside, no worries.
As for the empty screw slots, they seem to be embedded deep inside and are for the spring tensions. So all seems ok.

It is not possible to adjust the spring tensions from the outside, you need to open the Tx to do this.
The manual is wrong in this regard; the three wholes (per gimbal) are for:
- disabling the springs completely (to change between the gimbal modes 1/3 and 2/4)
- adjusting the friction for the throttle
- adjusting the ratchet for the throttle.

I thought the same but actually it is possible, just not with the tool provided. I used a T6x50 screwdriver and it works perfectly.
