Hi, match53!
We normally don't write in Spanish here and some addressing or greeting formula is helpful in most cases.
Nevertheless, I want to do my best to help you - only in English as my Spanish is hardly existing:
As far as I understand your question, you want to know if you can replace the nx-battery by a 2-S-lipo one without losing any data when extracting the old battery. So taking out the battery and disconnecting it from the radio is no problem and you normally don't lose any data. Running die radio on a 2-S-lipo is no problem but I prefer a 2-S-LiIon battery for safety-reasons.
If there is any data loss it can only be due to a low voltage of the internal backup-battery. This one is not easy to be replaced as the mainboard of the radio must be taken out and some soldering is necessary. During the soldering-process connection of the mainboard to voltage must be mantained. So this is a work for a specialist who knows what he does. Just to be an electronic technician is not enough - you must know the gadged! If the data is lost there is only one way to get it running again: the MULTIPLEX-service. Your personal data has got lost then anway - there is no cure for that!
I want to make clear that after 10 to 15 year or even more in use the backup-battery can be low. This is no technical failsure of the radio itself. It is only a question of time for any radio mainboard that is equiped with a backup battery - no matter what producer (MULTIPLEX, Graupner, Futaba etc.).
The MULTIPLEX-service can replace the battery and restore the basic software but that will cost at least 50 € plus shipping! Contact the service in Germany!
I hope that covers your questions.
Good luck with the mc4000 radio - it is a great one and I have several of them still in use.
with regards
