Assignment of Flaps to Gaz control

Dear,
I have bought a Cockpit SX 9 and also a Heron RR.
I have been able to assign the Gaz control to the switch AUX3.
I have also understood how to use and program the Dual Rate switch.
There is still one thing that I would like to do (as this is done by the other members of the club) and it is to assign the control of the flaps to the gaz control. However, I am unable to do so.

Could you please help me? None of the club members seem to have a Cockpit SX for the moment, even if one person has just ordered a Ccokpit SX 12.

I havent tried it yet, but did you noticed the mixer for the control elements? Sorry, I am not aware of the corrent english word ...
You can define an input control and direct it to some other control element. It may be possible, if you define Gas as in input control and the Flaps Rollbar as the output control.

Do you like to control the landing function with the throttle stick? Landing function is called spoiler.....

As I am new, I am trying to follow what the other club members recommend or are used to.
And indeed they are used to used the throttle stick to control the landing function and mainly the spoiler (if this is the way you name it).

I managed to assign gaz (throttle to AUX 3), but I do not succeed in controlling the spoiler with the throttle.

Any help would be appreciated.

You have simply to assign the throttle stick as spoiler.... And use the spoiler funktion for landing as it is described at the manual in the 4 flap glider example.

If I understand you correctly (based also upon further reading of the manual), I have to use the flight phases option to be able to configure as expected.
I will try this in the coming days.

Bepo, neither Andreas nor me did mention the flight phases. They have nothing to do with your problem. At least as far as you explained it.
I cannot be of help as long as you refuses to explain what you did and what problems you ran into. I recommend to consult someone having more experience with RC-Technology and is a native speaker to you.
As long as you do not tell us more, I am out of here. I wish you much successw with whatever you did and will do.

The flight phases that I mention are coming from my reading of the manual. Sorry if any misunderstanding about that statement.

Please note that I do not refuse to explain what I did, but what I expect from this forum is clearly help.

The expected result is that on top of the assignment of the throttle control to AUX3 (as shown in the manual) and that I managed to get to work, the throttle control should manage to get the flaps down (up to 100%) with rudders going up 15% and elevator going down 10%.
There seems in fact to be a conflict between these 2 requirements or at least I do not understand how I should configure. Reason for this entry.
