Time of day setting on status bar

I have a new cockpit sx 9 c3, I have made the update to version 1.31 from 1.20
Status bar shows time of day, but it is wrong time and I cannot find any way to set the right time of day
Any help or same issue

I was too focused on the left column of system setting
