Does anybody know what type of temperatur sensor Multiplex # 8 5402 telemetry uses, it is very brittle and not easy to clamp in!
It looks like a Platinum RTD 1k ohm at 20 degree sensor, PT 1000, which is a platinum coated ceramic plate, just like the one I just broke without warning, an no instruction how to attach it!
The ceramic plate is extremely fragile and cannot be clamped in in any way, it is more suitable to measure battery temperatures than combustion engine temperatur.
