Souffleur gets jammed

Hi,
My Souffleur has always had a special feature; sometimes when switching it on it gives a small sound ( like cat "mauntzen") and it gets totally blocked = does not work at all before the cover is removed and the internal battery is disconnected and connected again. (= needs booting the unit)

Is this typical behaviour for Souffleur ?
Warranty is not valid anymore, it is about 3 years old.

I think your Souffleur is faulty. You can send it to the MPX Service for control.

I do not know if it is warranty or not. If you send the Souffleur to us you can ask for an etimate. The estimate will be free of costs.

Btw; it also has a another strange feature;
switching it on first time at flying field it says just "memory" (should say memory ONE or memory TWO etc) . It does not work at this stage,I can't choose any memory from function button and I have to switch it off and switch on again. Them it says for instance memory one and works normally.
