Hello, sorry I don't speak German.
I have had a Cockpit SX 12 for 5 years which I am completely satisfied with. However, I would like to have access to the RSSI (in addition to the LQI). Explanation: yesterday I lost a glider in a dense forest 500 m from the piloting point. I was able to receive the LQI at 50 m, but this LQI (which indicates the final error rate) is not “linear” enough depending on the distance. Of course there is the method which consists of turning your back to the presumed direction of the glider, the human body acting as an RF attenuator, but this 0 or 180° method is too imprecise. (I found my glider thanks to the sound of the engine trying to start on my command and... from my ears)
A display of the RSSI (in addition to the LQI) on the screen of my Cockpit SX would be MUCH MORE ACCURATE!!!!!!!.
So thank you to the experts or MPX team for clarifying this for me.
(I've been on MPX since 1981...)
In advance thank you very much
