Royal Pro not always starting

Hi all,

My RoyalPro failed to start a couple of times when sliding the on/off switch. Now it seams fine though, same battery, not recharged. Anything I can check?

I was on holiday in Austria with friends and in fear of it failing mid flight. Switched to a friends spare Futaba rx & tx.

May simply the sliding switch is worn out?

Could be. Any way to check and make sure? I'm quite certain there are tx's out there with way more on/off cycles. I do not fly that often.
