Hello!
So what I understand is that your elevator unit (the horizontal stabilizer) seems not to be at the right angle (90°) to the fin. As long as it is just a few degrees (not more than 3°) there is no reason to worry. The EasyStar will fly without any question.
The production of any model made of Elapor (or similar material) can't be as precise as one made of wood or of fibre. So you have to live with tolerances - more or less.
