What transmitter are you using, if you have a ProfiTx you can access maximum and minimum values by pushing the enter button before switching off the model, the max and min values will then be shown at the address on the Tx. So if you had actual height shown at say address 5, then with that address displayed, pushing the enter button will change the value shown to show the maximum and minimum values obtained since the receiver/sensors were last switched on.
