Yes, You can do so. But you have to check the correct way for up/down and rudder function.

Hi,

it should be possible. Imagine you have got a low wing plane which is usually opend from the bottom. Servos, receiver und last but not least the gyro are mounted upside down referring to the normal way of flight. Aileron response is usually no problem but you habe to change die responsedirection of the rudder und the elevator.
