Sorry, I don't speak German.
Here is my problem: the preset templates disappeared from my Profi TX 16.
How to recover them?

I dont know exactly, but if you tried to update your Profi in Launcher again with (same) latest software? Just a thought...

What do you mean by preset templates. The Profi does not have any Templates. By creating of first model you choose the type. Thats all. Maybe make a picture of menue where you miss something.
