Lipo Saver minimum voltage alarm higher than 3.4v

Hi,

Sorry I don't speak German. I would like to know if there is a way to setup the minimum voltage alarm at a higher voltage than 3,4V for LiPo? I am using the LiPo SAVER 2 ... 6S - 60A sensor for M-LINK with the Multiplex Launcher to program it but it does not allow to go above 3.4V.

I would like to do this because I want to set an alarm at 3.5 or 3.6V to know that I need to land when I reach it. 3.4V is already too low to keep batteries in good state.

If this is not possible, is there an Multiplex Employee that could ask the software programmers to make that available in a later software update? I have today bought about 100EUR of sensors and cables that are useless for me and I am sure I must not be the only customer that would like to have alarms at higher voltages.

If you want use it with an elektric motor drive, set it to 3.6v will result in a too early undervoltage alarm, especially every time when the motor is running fast up.
This setting to 3.6V is simply not recommed and useless.

For your needs please use the electric tank gauge function. The restcapacity is calculated depending on the remaining voltage at power up automatically, if you had definded the capacity of the battert pack with the multiplex launcher.

What transmitter are you using, if it's a Profi you can set the alarm on the transmitter to whatever you like.

Although on another system when using cell voltage I found that anything above 3.3v was giving an alarm under load when there was still plenty of capacity in the battery.

Andreas, yes I am using it with an electric motor and the alarm never started on the transmitter. Maybe the ESC is protecting the battery already too much and doesn't allow to go down to 3.4V. I will check that!

Frank, I will check. The reason of my post is that so far, the alarm was never triggered.

I just tested and when the battery goes under 3.4V, I can see that the line is highlighted (it becomes black) but there is no sound made by the transmitter. So this is why I never hear it

Do I need to change a parameter somewhere?

My transmitter is a RoyalEvo 9 upgraded to 2.4GHz and software v3.41.

Did you hear a sound, when you press a trim button? if not maybe your transmitters speaker is broken

Yes, I hear sounds when I switch my radio on, when I push on any button as well. Is there some setting I should verify?
