Funman - Motor angle

Hi,

I'm searching for info about the motor angle on Funman. My Funman plane has some strange behavior on the high throttle. If the throttle is in the middle or over the middle plane is pulled left and down. The plane glides just fine, there is the only problem on the higher throttle. So my question is if there is maybe a wrong motor angle. Does anybody have the same problems or some solutions for this?

Hi Carli,
in the Funman the Motor Ange is fix in the Construction. Have you any Mixers programed?
Normal the Funman is rising up if the throttle goes to maximum.

thanks for replay!

No there's no mixing, especially not on rudder or ailerons so that the plane would turn left down on the high throttle.

I can see that motor is mounted a bit in the angle on the motor holder, is that OK, or angle is already set with the motor holder? It is PNF model.

Hello Carli,
this shown Motor Angel should not be the rootcause for the fligtbehavior, you described.
Have you looked at the Wing for any mismatches or distortions?
What About the Trim at the Rudder? Isit trimmed to the left direction.?

And what I have at my Funman, weres the Vibrations of the whole Model as I speed up my throthle.
This high Vibrations were cause a trange controlbehavior of the Model.
I prepared the engine in the engineholder stronger and go to the newtral Angel of the Engine an Propeller direction.

Well if I hand throw the plane it "glides" perfect, so trimming is not the problem.

So you have newtral angle on motor, I can try that.
