A mixer will do this, the other option on the Profi is to use flight phases and then you can have separate trim settings in different flight phases, this is what I do on my IC models. I have a normal trim setting for regular flight, a higher trim setting in Acro mode and a lower setting in Landing mode. Throttle cut will stop the engine in any flight mode.
I also have different throws on the control surfaces too, but that is optional.
The mixers are quite powerful, I have a friend who flies using one hand, his Tx has been converted with a rudder knob on the stick and uses the side slider for throttle, this worked great for flying but he found taxying difficult, we set up some mixers and a "taxy" flight phase where when this is selected, the elevator goes to a fixed position, the elevator stick becomes the throttle, with reduced throttle opening and throttle only active above the mid position
