COCKPIT SX7/9 and Telemetry Data

The COCKPIT SX7 / 9 transmitter has two internal expansion ports for modules, in the format of those of the PROFI TX. Would it be possible to design a new module where the telemetry data could be recorded ? This module could have the same format as the COPILOT module. Then, through the USB link, the "Launcher" software should be used to retrieve the telemetry data that have been recorded in order to export them to our personal computer in a standard open fomat : for example CSV files for all data (voltage, current, GPS data), and in a format compatible with Google Earth for the GPS data. Then the radio COCKPIT SX7 / 9 would be even more efficient and unrivaled in this market segment.

Ok. But I would highly appreciate if you choose Multiplex-FlightRecorder 85420.
So far as I know you should be able to collect the complete set of data formatted in the form you requested for and without any datalosses if the FlightRecorder is connected to a receiver=rx when the rx-power-supply is on.
To put it into a TX SX7/9 that should be checked soon by Multiplex HQs. Please note if the radio link between RX and TX ist broken -for example you are temporarily out of range or the link is jammed - you won´t get data generated in your modelaircraft until the link ist re-established. That could be important.

I was a little bit disappointed with your answer.
I really appreciate the MPX products since I pilot a Funglider and a Heron with the TX SX9. I know the features of the FlightRecorder #85420.
That is why I was suggesting a new complementary product because it would allow recording of telemetry data in the TX, not just in the glider. Recently we lost an Easyglider (connection lost after the glider crashed quite far). The easyglider was equipped with a Graupner RX/TX. We were able to use the GPS data recorded in the TX in order to find the glider. That would not have been possible with the FlightRecorder #85420 because we did not know where the glider was located. If MPX offered this type of new product in the future, I would be immediately interested in, as well as several members of my model aircraft team.

...thanks for the additional information. Your M-Link-RX-telemetry-port is connected to a GPS-RX. If memory doesn´t deceive me, perhaps "Multiplex has spent a special Landing Out mode:
In M-Link after 2 minutes without moving, Latitude and Longitude are displayed on the addresses Vario and Speed every 5 seconds visible via TX-display. It changes the display between the decimal value with the unit “mAh” and the decimal value with the unit “ml”. Meaningful units –such as degrees and minutes – are unfortunately not allowed in M-Link. The values to 4 digits with leading zeros are replaced, from “4912 mAh” “268 ml” is “4912” “0268” and in the correct notation 49°12.0268’. "

Maybe there is another way to collect data from your display to get distance+direction and it could be answered from Multiplex HQs or confirmed that the described way above is still in operation because currently I don´t use a GPS. Which data would be shown on the TX-display when the RX has faced a "remarkable" landing and power supply has been lost?
