Typically when you change the battery from a 3s to a 4s the current also increases by around 25-30% too at maximum throttle, unless you change the propeller to reduce the load, so you would need to check and make sure that you don't exceed the current rating of the ESC and motor. Also check the ESC t make sure it is rated for operation on a 4s battery, most are.
