150 amp sensor with anti-spark

I have a 150 amp sensor on an 8s system, the sensor is in the positive line and the negative line includes a Jeti anti-spark connector. When making the final connection through the anti-spark the sensor sends no information to the transmitter all addresses are blank. If I make the connection on the positive lead it works!

I have tried changing the start up delay but that does not work. Is there a problem using an anti-spark connector with this sensor?

Note on another model I have a Unisens sensor connected the same way and this works fine.

I have two this sensors, in 6S and 12S systems. Sensor is installed in positive line and Jeti anti-spark connector in positive line too. First i plug negative connector, then positive with anti-spark. I had never observe any problems.

Thanks, I'd try that, but it would mean swapping round the connectors on all my batteries, which is a big job. I just tried making the connection as normal, allowing the ESC capacitors to charge and then breaking and remaking the connection on the positive lead. No spark as capacitors are already charged up, and it works.

Dear Sir,

our customer Service had such a case a few days ago.

The reason for the problem is that the power supply of sensor is not clean enough by connecting the power in this way.
Only solution could be to use another anti-spark connection,
maybe an additional capacitator connected to the receiver could help to solve the problem, too.

For clarification, in both installations i have an opto controller without BEC and powering receiver, servos and telemetry sensors is from separated accumulator.
Maybe this is reason i haven`t problems.
